  • Possess the personal qualifications to work with children and the ability to relate to staff, parents and community groups.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree or higher in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development with three years teaching and supervisory experience OR hold an associate’s degree in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development or CDA with five years teaching and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of NAEYC
