Director
- Possess the personal qualifications to work with children and the ability to relate to staff, parents and community groups.
- Bachelor of Arts degree or higher in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development with three years teaching and supervisory experience OR hold an associate’s degree in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development or CDA with five years teaching and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of NAEYC
- Flexible schedule of availability
- Hold a Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate
- Hold training in CPR and 1st Aid

Program Coordinator
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education with at least five years of experience in the field as a head teacher, program coordinator or teacher
- Emotional maturity/stability required to carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ability to relate joyfully and sensitivity to children
- Work as a team member with staff
- Must possess sound judgment to handle crisis situations
- Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Training
- Ability to lift 40 Pounds
