Director/Site Manager
- Possess the personal qualifications to work with children and the ability to relate to staff, parents, and community groups.
- Bachelor of Arts degree or higher in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development with three years teaching and supervisory experience OR hold an associate’s degree in the field of ECE/Education/Child Development or CDA with five years teaching and supervisory experience
- Directors Credential for the State of CT
- Knowledge of NAEYC
- Flexible schedule of availability
- Hold a Connecticut Head Teacher Certificate
- Hold training in CPR and 1st Aid
Teacher
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with a minimum of 12 credits in Early Childhood Education and 2 years experience in the child care field.
- Emotional maturity/stability is required to carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ability to relate joyfully and sensitivity to children
- Work as a team member with staff
- Must possess sound judgment to handle crisis situations
- Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Training
- Ability to lift 40 Pounds
Assistant Teacher
- Associates degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Early Childhood Education or CDA with 2 years experience in the child care field.
- Must be flexible to changes in planned activities and/or hours of work. (May be required to change classrooms and/or age groups depending on the center’s needs)
- Emotional maturity/stability is required to carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ability to relate joyfully and sensitivity to children
- Work as a team member with staff
- Must possess sound judgment to handle crisis situations
- Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Training
- Ability to lift 40 Pounds
Program Coordinator
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education with at least five years of experience in the field as a head-teacher, program coordinator, or teacher
- Emotional maturity/stability is required to carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ability to relate joyfully and sensitivity to children
- Work as a team member with staff
- Must possess sound judgment to handle crisis situations
- Ability to pass CPR and First Aid Training
- Ability to lift 40 Pounds
Floater

- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR 12 Credits in Early Childhood Education or CDA with 2 years experience in the child care field.
